About The Role:

To support this growth, Den Hartogh is looking to recruit a Business Administrator to be based in our Immingham office.

Providing administrative support to the logistics team, you will produce and distribute management information that enables stakeholders to provide actionable insight, driving strategic and operational decisions. The Business Administrator will be required to:

• Support the logistics team with an effective administration facility
• Gather and analyse data, create reports to produce and distribute management information that enables stakeholders to provide actionable insight, driving strategic and operational decisions
• Maintain databases for people, vehicles and equipment to enable legal compliance and best practice
• Provide accurate data and update systems to support operational excellence and KPI’s
• Create daily, weekly and monthly reports to generate graphs and presentations to enable the management of KPI’s
• Ensure that deadlines are adhered to, whilst ensuring the quality of work is not compromised
• Monitor job completion times and appointments kept; assist in setting appropriate actions, contributing to continuous improvements
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

About you:

The ideal candidate will:

• Have strong numerical skills
• Be proficient in all Microsoft packages with advanced level in MS Excel
• Be a confident communicator who enjoys working in a team and working with people, with an excellent standard of verbal and written communication skills
• Have the ability to gather, manipulate and interpret a range of data and understand trends
• Have excellent organisational skills to co-ordinate and deliver on a variety of actions concurrently, delivering every time to high standards
• Be able to work independently, prioritising workload to meet deadlines under pressure
• Have the ability to multitask and deliver a hands-on approach in a fast-changing environment
• Be proactive and promote a positive attitude in the work environment
