Where will you be working?
Royal Den Hartogh Logistics is a leading logistics service provider for the chemical, gas, polymer, and food industries. Your role
As a Sales Representative (Liquid Food), you will be responsible for expanding and developing the growing market within the CEE region. This role offers plenty of room for personal input and professional development. Your primary focus will be on the CEE countries, which means you will be traveling frequently.

 

You will be based at our Razgrad location (30 colleagues), where we have an office, trucking operations, and a tank cleaning facility on-site. You will work closely with the General Manager of Bulgaria and collaborate with your Sales team based in Barneveld, the Netherlands. This is an experienced and specialized team, with each member focusing on a specific product category. Additionally, you will receive support from the pricing team, inside sales and we have a Sales Representative who is active in Hungary. Together, you will ensure that the market is optimally served, with a focus on business development (70%) and relationship management (30%).

Your responsibilities

  • Explore the Liquid Food market and identify potential customers and business opportunities;

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, emphasizing the added value our organization provides;

  • Monitor market trends, innovations, competition, and regulatory developments;

  • Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, inside sales, and operations, to meet customer needs;

  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events to expand your network.

Job requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, and/or Logistics;

  • At least 5 years of experience in Logistics;

  • Strong ability to market our organization and products effectively – a network in the Food industry is a plus;

  • Excellent communication skills, self-driven, customer-oriented, proactive, commercial-minded, and detail-oriented;

  • Fluent in Bulgarian and English (both spoken and written); proficiency in a third language is a strong advantage.
