About the team
The ICT department consists of 32 colleagues, primarily based in the Netherlands. The team is divided into the following pillars: APAC, Connected Sites & Workforce, Core Technology, Customer & Supplier Solutions, Data & Analytics, Finance & People & Culture, Security, Service Management, and Transportation Management. Our Customer & Supplier Solutions team consists of 5 colleagues who are responsible for all IT related interactions with our customers and suppliers, in which the Salesforce platform plays a big role.
About the role
To support us in realizing our ambitions, we have a great opportunity for a fulltime Customer Solutions Process & Project Manager (global scope, location Rotterdam). As a Process and Project Manager, you will be part of a team, which supports a broad user community Den Hartogh, to enable the company to work in an aligned and efficient way, simplifying, standardizing and improving our ways of working. The focus will be on commercial processes and projects related to Customer Solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for (project) managing an end-to-end business process, from design to implementation within the respective IT teams or Business Process team. This includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating these requirements to fit-for purpose design / changes or improvements and ensuring implementation thereof.
- Advises on process designs based on business (process) knowledge and technical (Salesforce) knowledge;
- Responsible for the development of the project plan(s) and managing all aspects of the project plan (quality, time, budget, resources, risks);
- Work collaboratively across relevant departments of the company and partner with business leaders, IT, business process owners, external partners and other stakeholders to achieve project goals and process improvements;
- Responsible for preparing progress reports and presenting regular status updates to stakeholders and Steering committee;
- Maintains subject matter expertise and keeps up with advancements in technologies and solutions.
Job requirements
About you
- Bachelor / Master in Business Economics, Information Technology or related;
- Experience in leading (international) projects and proven expertise in Supply Chain Management processes;
- Excellent communication, project and change management skills and ability to work in a structured and organized way. Qualification in project methodology; i.e. Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, Prince II, IPMA);
- Strong personality with the ability to support and motivate stakeholders, build consensus and make decisions in a multi-cultural environment;
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;
- (Technical) Knowledge of the Salesforce platform is a pre.
