Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a fixed-term contract until March 2027.

As a Customer Service Representative at Den Hartogh, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service across the supply chain. Acting as the primary point of contact for your customers, you will coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transport solutions.

You will support customers with day-to-day operational matters, manage orders and enquiries, coordinate imports and exports, and proactively identify opportunities to improve service and create added value. From handling customer feedback and implementing new transport lanes to analysing operational and financial performance, you will contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

This is a dynamic role where you, together with your colleagues, will balance customer interactions, order management, operational coordination and commercial discussions, while proactively identifying ways to improve internal processes. By driving customer centricity and continuous improvement, and by living our values and behaviours every day, you will help strengthen long-term partnerships and contribute to Den Hartogh's continued growth.

Successful candidates

To thrive in this role, you are customer-focused, organised and solution-oriented. You enjoy building relationships, taking ownership and working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. As part of a global organisation, you communicate confidently in both Swedish and English and are comfortable collaborating with colleagues, customers and stakeholders across different functions and countries.

In addition, you bring:

• At least two years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role, preferably within logistics, transport or supply chain operations.

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.

• A proactive, structured and customer-centric approach to your work.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.

• A flexible mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing customer and market needs.

• A willingness to learn, develop and continuously improve both yourself and the way you work.

• An education in logistics, supply chain management, international business or a related field.
