The Role
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative / Account Manager to join our Business Unit Global team. In this key role, you’ll be the trusted partner for your customers managing their requests from the transport order right through to delivery. You’ll take ownership of the full process, becoming the go-to logistics expert who provides solutions, handles challenges, and delivers outstanding service.
What will you do?
In this department, you will be the point of contact for a number of (international) clients;
You are responsible for the operational execution and the associated administration;
This means daily contact with customers and internal departments, shipping lines, rail operators, cleaning stations, and many other supply chain partners;
Together with colleagues, you provide clients with creative transport solutions to expand and/or optimize existing business;
In short, you are the central link coordinating and monitoring all parties to ensure transport is carried out to the client’s satisfaction.
Job requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with experience in international logistics or transport.
Proven customer service experience within a fast-paced supply chain environment.
Knowledge of deep-sea shipping and import/export customs (preferred).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with commercial awareness.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
