Where will you be working?

Royal Den Hartogh Logistics is a leading logistics service provider for the chemical, gas, polymer, and food industries. The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the dedicated point of contact for your clients, from the moment a transport request comes in until the invoice is issued. You take full ownership of the order process, ensuring smooth execution and accurate administration every step of the way. But your role doesn’t stop at service. You are a logistics expert and trusted advisor, always ready with smart, creative transport solutions. Whether it’s answering questions, handling compliments or complaints, solving issues, or rolling out new transport lanes, you deliver excellence with agility and a personal touch.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the full order lifecycle, from request to invoice;

  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism;

  • Analyze operations and finances to support continuous improvement;

  • Implement new transport lanes and optimize existing ones;

  • Identify upselling opportunities and promote our full range of services;

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

You’ll constantly switch gears between customer care, order coordination, operations alignment, commercial discussions, and process optimization, keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do.

Job requirements

Successful candidates will:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business Administration, with 1–3 years of office-based operational experience (preferably in freight forwarding or shipping);

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset;

  • Have experience in a customer-facing role and a proactive, structured approach to relationship building;

  • Show adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-changing environment;

  • Be fluent in Turkish and English, hold Turkish citizenship, and have no military obligations (for male candidates).
