To further strengthen our growing team in Székesfehérvár, we are looking for a motivated dispatcher who shares our passion for people and logistics.

About the Role
In this role, you are the key link between drivers, transport planning, and customer service. You communicate transport assignments, monitor execution, and ensure smooth, efficient, and timely delivery. At the same time, you look after your driver team’s wellbeing — both on the road and within Den Hartogh.

What will you do?

• Build and maintain strong relationships with your driver team and colleagues in planning and customer service;

• Support drivers in their daily activities and manage their work schedules (start and homegoing);

• Coordinate and monitor transport execution, handling operational challenges proactively;

• Handle expected and unexpected operational matters related to your dedicated fleet;

• Communicate with customer service and planning — both locally and internationally — to ensure smooth operations;

• Monitor key parameters of your fleet, such as cost efficiency and mileage.

The ideal candidate, Skills & Personal attributes:

• Team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills;

• Strong analytical mindset, precision, and problem-solving ability;

• Fluent in Hungarian with good daily command of English (spoken and written);

• Able to work independently and perform well under time pressure.

Education & Experience:

• Vocational or Higher education in Transport and Logistics (or ongoing part-time studies in this field);

• Minimum 1 year of operational experience in transport and logistics. We also welcome newcomers with a strong passion for transport and logistics.
