Import and Export Specialist (Dry Bulk)

Basic Qualifications:- 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chains and Logistics

• Experience in custom process for goods clearance and exports

• Understanding of logistics principles and Sea freight Export & Import operation process.

• Good command in ENGLISH

• Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point

• Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in this field

• Customer oriented, service minded, be steady and calm, enthusiastic, faithful, and good

• Interpersonal and work well under pressure

• Able to multi-task with positive attitude and enthusiastic personality

• Able to interact with people easily and network well.

• An experience in a multinational company would be an advantage

• Detailed and careful with paperwork

• Result oriented and able to meet deadlines

Job Descriptions:-

• Coordinating with freight forwarder, shipping lines and its agency on shipment document and schedules

• Key person for intra-ASIA container movement activities.

• Coordinating and following up with all related vendors such as shipping lines, truckers, and customs brokers, etc.

• Billing and Business Accounting related

• Rayong’s office administrative and coordination with colleague in Bangkok ‘s office

• Proactive attitude with the ability to both identify and find solutions to problems
