About the Team
Join a high-performing Commercial team that drives growth, delivers exceptional experience by developing efficient supply chain solutions for global customers. The team manages tenders, spot quotations, pricing, and tailored-made logistics, ensuring customer requirements are met effectively and profitably.
Based in Rio de Janeiro, the Inside Sales & Pricing Analyst will support the Commercial Team in South America by preparing accurate and competitive quotations, analyzing pricing opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing creative solutions for bulk liquid logistics, enabling complex operations and strenghtening customer relationships in an international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to support business growth;
Prepare accurate and timely quotations, tenders, and pricing proposals aligned with commercial targets;
Follow up on RFQs and quotations, identifying opportunities and providing insights to commercial, procurement, and operations teams;
Collaborate with operations to develop efficient and customer-focused supply chain and transport solutions;
Manage CRM updates, customer onboarding, and proactive business development activities;
Communicate pricing changes, rates, surcharges, and service updates to customers while delivering excellent customer service;
Analyze customer performance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to pricing and network optimization.
Job requirements
What we're looking for
Affinity with logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations;
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a talent for solving complex challenges;
Customer-focused, commercially minded, proactive, and eager to learn;
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders;
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other digital tools;
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus;
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a customer-facing role, preferably within logistics or supply chain.
