ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a service minded and enthusiastic Office Coordinator to our site at Stora Holm.
As a Office Coordinator at LSC can you expect a dynamic work environment with company in growth. Your daily task will offer close collaboration with the Depot Team to make sure customers are served in a correct and timely manner. Your structure and proactiveness will be useful ensuring accurate input and processing of orders within the system, as well as controlling the mailbox and maintaining the relations with customers concerning cleaning, workshop and heating related matters. You will in addition be responsible for the Depot office management, to ensure the environment is welcoming for both customers and employees, this also includes to assist drivers and customers with inquiries and support as needed. You will be reporting to the Production Manager and support in operational matters where needed.
In addition you will be involved in collecting weekly data on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as number of washes, workshop hours, and lifting metrics. You will support in the communication with authorities, customers, and other external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships, address concerns, and uphold the company’s service standards. It will also be your responsibilty of ordering safety equipment, participate in inventory, procced with purchases requested from internal stakeholders and be a superuser in our local system. Last but not least emphasize and contribute to an outstanding safety culture.
Job requirements
The successful candidate will;
Have demonstrated expertise in the logistics sector, coupled with business acumen and economic insight.
Have proficiency in Microsoft Office , with a particular emphasis on Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Have solid experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven ability to engage and manage client relationships effectively.
Be a collaborative team player who is adaptable, solutions-oriented, and proactive in taking initiative.
Be capable of working independently, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and build rapport with ease.
Be clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
Be fluent in Swedish and English
Have drivers license B and access to a car
