Royal Den Hartogh Logistics is a leading logistics service provider for the chemical, gas, polymer, and food industries. About the Team
Join our fast-growing Commercial Team in Brazil and shape the future of bulk liquid logistics across Latin America. As a Sales Executive, you’ll build strong customer relationships, design smart supply chain solutions, and drive new business growth in a dynamic and international environment. Our office in located in Barra da Tijuca/Jacarepaguá neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro.
About the Role
In this position, you will support Den Hartogh’s global commercial strategy by:
Developing efficient and safe transport solutions tailored to customer needs;
Identifying new opportunities in the spot market and long-term partnerships;
Bringing a proactive, results-driven “hunter” sales mindset to expand our footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Grow and strengthen our customer portfolio through active outreach and relationship management;
Deliver revenue growth by converting leads into long-term clients;
Monitor rates, surcharges, and market trends to stay competitive;
Partner with Operations to deliver creative and reliable logistics solutions;
Manage CRM tools, prospecting, and onboarding processes;
Analyze customer performance to identify opportunities for growth;
Adapt quickly to market changes with agility and insight.
Job requirements
What you Bring
Passion for transport, logistics, and supply chain solutions;
Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail;
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, CRM, and cloud-based tools;
Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage for Latin America markets;
Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to grow professionally;
Proven sales experience in deep sea or multimodal logistics;
Resilient under pressure, adaptable in a fast-changing industry;
Availability to travel frequently (60%+); hybrid work model in the São Paulo metropolitan area.
