Job Summary

The role to be situated in Indonesia is for a Sales Executive (Indonesia) and is an integral role in the Commercial Team. She / He has to drive the commercial aspects of the business, with sales and marketing of the company’s services using ISO Tank Containers as a mode of transport and packaging. You will be the face of the company, representing Den Hartogh Logistics on your customer visits, and making presentations where needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

·         Identify and approach potential customers for ISO tank logistics services

·         Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business

·         Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations

·         Negotiate rates and contract terms in line with company pricing policies

·         Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs

·         Coordinate with operations, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery

·         Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors, and trends

·         Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems

·         Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to Commercial Manager of Indonesia

·         Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service issues in a timely manner

·         Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events

·         Customer-focused with strong relationship-building ability

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

·         Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
