Where will you be working?

Royal Den Hartogh Logistics is a leading logistics service provider for the chemical, gas, polymer, and food industries. The Role
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented
Supply Chain Co-ordinator to support our operations and supply chain teams in our Dry Bulk business unit. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate stock management, timely processing of orders, and providing administrative support across supply, technical, and commercial functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong administrative and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate stock records and monitor daily inventory levels.

  • Process orders, shipments, and stock movements efficiently.

  • Prepare and process sales invoices, quotations, and supplier invoices.

  • Reconcile received stock against records and update operational spreadsheets.

  • Provide administrative support to supply and technical teams.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or operational issues in stock and order records.

  • Prepare reports on stock usage, inventory levels, and operational performance.

  • Assist with month-end procedures and financial documentation, including VAT/Duty and supplier reconciliation.

  • Support container and trailer administration, including record updates, off-hire, and disposal arrangements.

Job requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in administration, stock control, or supply chain support.

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Good analytical skills and ability to reconcile data accurately.

  • Proficient in office software; experience with stock or ERP systems is desirable.

  • Effective communicator, able to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work at pace.
